Cheese, Cheese, Cheese cake!!!!!!

This time I am also going to introduce my favorite foods.

Cheese cake!!!!!!

You could find this kind of cake everywhere, there reason is very simple.

Because it is very delicious and the flavor of cheese cake is very pure, you could taste just one thing---cheese!!!!!!




There was one origin said that cheese cake was derive from Greek.

Cheese cake is just a basic cake so you could add some chocolate or fruits.

It would become a very special cake that make by your own idea.

In different country they eat cheese cake in different ways.

Now I am going to introduce some country and how they eat cheese cake.

First—France.

The French-style cheese cake are very light, feature gelatin as a binding ingredient.

They used Neufchâtel cheese the flavor of this cheese was very special.

Second—Greek

Greek-style cheese cake almost used Mizithra cheese, and Mascarpone cheese.

Third—America

In different area they have different way to make a cheese cake.

For example Chicago-style cheesecake is a baked cream-cheese version that is firm outside and creamy inside.

Very charming, isn’t it?

Cheese cake has difference faces in every country, even different faces in only one country.

I thought this was the reason why I like to eat cheese cake.

I like to eat cheese cake because full-bodied flavor of cheese and every time you could try different kind of cheese cake.

Every time when you try, there always has surprise waiting for you!!!!

Roundish Tako-yaki

When talking about Japan what is the first traditional food come to your mind?

Do you get the same response as me?

Tako-yaki(章魚燒) is the first thing came to my mind when I heard it.

Yes, tako-yaki is also one of my favorite foods.

It tastes very delicious, outside of tako-yaki is very crispy and the inside of it is tako with some vegetables, it taste crisp and succose.



There were a lot of editions of how tako-yaki to be present to the public.

As every one knew, taho-yaki is one of the famous foods of west part of Japan.

The origin of tako-yaki could be traced bake to 1933BC in the place called “會津屋.”

The inventor was 遠藤留吉 who created this plebian but delicious food.

At first, tako-yaki was eating without sauce.

In this way you could ate the native flavor of tako-yaki.


Then this easily-made and yummy dessert was spread widely in Osaka and became of their famous food.

You could eat tako-taki everywhere in the Osaka also you could eat the different flavor to Osaka in Tokyo Ginza.





Because tako-yaki was from Osaka Japen, the taste there was quite different to Taiwan.

In order to cater to Taiwanese taste there were some changes of traditional Japanese tako-yaki.

In Japan the sauce is saline and fluffy but in Taiwan the sauce is sweet and crisp.



As my opinion, tako-yaki is really a kind of delicious food.

The tako combine with vegetables is such as fabulous taste you could imagine.

With crisp coating, it really test good!!!!
